Job Description
Randstad is hiring a Regional General Manager. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing the overall performance, profitability, and operational execution of two dealership locations in Butler and Kenosha, Wisconsin. As the Regional General Manager, you will provide direct leadership to Store Department Managers across Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental, as well as Territory Sales Managers. Your primary focus will be ensuring consistent execution of standards and bridging the gap between executive strategy and frontline operations. This position owns the regional P&L results, market share growth, and talent development for both assigned locations.
salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability for store managers and territory sales managers
- Drive a performance-based culture with clear expectations, accountability, and follow-through
- Full regional P&L responsibility, including revenue, gross margin, expense control, and profitability
- Drive regional market share growth
- Oversee rental departments Managers
- Lead Service and Parts Managers
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing department managers and sales leaders
- Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, sales processes, and operational workflows across all stores
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
