We are looking for a versatile, "people-first" Office Administrative Coordinator to join our local team in Hardeeville. This is a vital role in a small, fast-paced office where you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • The Face of the Brand: Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional attitude to assist customers with questions, service requests, or billing inquiries.

  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Accurately input customer information and service data into our internal systems.

  • Administrative Support: Manage paperwork, filing, and general office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Team Player Mentality: In our small office, we all wear many hats! You should be open to jumping in and helping your teammates whenever a need arises.
