Since 1998, Grace Community Church has been on a singular mission: helping Roswell find and fulfill God's purpose for their lives. What began with 90 people gathered in a living room has grown into a thriving congregation. Two years ago, Grace was averaging 750 people each weekend. Today, with the addition of Grace Español, they are running over 950 a weekend. That is roughly 27% growth in two years, and the momentum is still building. Grace is an interdenominational, purpose-driven community church, built not on denominational tradition but on God's clear purposes that meet the deepest needs of people.
The staff team is unified, deeply relational, and marked by humor, grace, and genuine care for one another. When one person on the team struggles, everyone shows up. In 2025, under Senior Pastor Nate's leadership, Grace celebrated 63 baptisms and 100 new members. The church's vision is captured in the G.R.A.C.E. framework, Grow, Reach, Adore, Connect, Equip, and every ministry, budget, and calendar event flows from these five purposes. The goal is always the same: help people move from the edges of the community into a life fully surrendered to Christ and sent on mission.
Grace's primary global mission partnership is with New Vision Latin America Missions, supporting church planting and discipleship development across Venezuela, Panama, Brazil, and Spain. The heart of this church has always been turned toward the Spanish-speaking world.
Grace Español is a growing Spanish-language congregation, one church with two languages, united in mission, vision, and leadership. Now in its third year, Grace Español gathers 60–75 adults each week. It is still in a season of formation, and that is not a weakness. It is an invitation. The right leader will find real freedom here to pray, build, and shape a congregation that reflects the beauty and depth of the community it serves. The groundwork has been laid by faithful people. What is needed now is a pastor who carries both the shepherd's heart and the builder's hands to take it forward.

This is not a translator's role or a satellite ministry. This is a full pastoral calling for a bilingual leader who can stand in two worlds with equal confidence and bring them together around one gospel.
As Lead Pastor of Grace Español , you will provide primary spiritual leadership, preaching weekly in Spanish, developing leaders from within the congregation, shepherding families through the joys and hardships of life, and casting vision for what Grace Español is becoming.
As Missions Pastor for Grace Community Church , you will champion local outreach, particularly within Roswell's large and underserved Spanish-speaking community, while coordinating the church's international mission partnerships, including 1–2 international trips per year.
This role reports directly to the Senior Pastor and serves as a full and equal member of the pastoral team.
You may already know this world.
You may have grown up in a home where Spanish was the first language spoken in the morning. You may have watched your parents or grandparents work hard, build community, and hold their faith quietly but deeply. You may know what it feels like to belong to two cultures at once, and you may have spent years wondering how God would use that.
This is how.
Roswell is a city where more than 60% of the population, roughly 29,000 people, identify as Hispanic or Latino. More than a third of residents speak a language other than English at home. Chaves County is one of New Mexico's most productive agricultural regions, with more than two dozen dairy farms, expansive cattle ranches, and large-scale farming operations across the Pecos Valley. These industries are sustained in large part by Spanish-speaking workers, including families who have been here for generations alongside seasonal and migrant laborers who come to work the land. Many find themselves far from community, far from belonging, and far from a church that can speak to their lives in the language of their heart.
These are your neighbors. And many of them have never heard the gospel from someone who sounds like home.
A Bilingual Shepherd. You preach, counsel, pray, and lead with equal confidence in Spanish and English. You move between worlds naturally because you have lived in both.
A Builder with Vision. Grace Español is still taking shape. You are not looking for a finished ministry to manage. You are looking for open ground to cultivate, and you know how to build something that lasts.
A Missional Heart. You feel the weight of a community that is largely unreached. You build trust slowly and relationships deeply, and you know that the most important ministry often happens outside the church building, at the soccer field, at the school, at the kitchen table.
A Team Player. You thrive in a high-trust environment where people say what they mean and have each other's backs. You value the wisdom of shared leadership and you bring your full self to the team.
A Faithful Administrator. You follow through. You communicate well. You work within systems without losing your pastoral instincts, and you steward what you have been given with care and accountability.
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000+ commensurate with experience. Benefits include full family medical, life insurance, disability, cell phone reimbursement, retirement, and a ministry budget.
Roswell is a city where you will not feel like an outsider. More than 60% of residents identify as Hispanic or Latino, Spanish is woven into the fabric of everyday life, and the culture of the Pecos Valley reflects generations of families who built something meaningful here in the high desert of southeastern New Mexico.
The city is a regional hub anchored by agriculture, oil and gas, healthcare, and education. The cost of living is well below national averages, housing is affordable, and the pace of life allows for the kind of deep, unhurried relationships that make ministry possible. Chaves County leads New Mexico in dairy production and is home to significant ranching and farming operations that draw workers and families from across the Spanish-speaking world. For those who love the outdoors, Roswell delivers. The city maintains nearly 700 acres of parks and 11 miles of trails. Bottomless Lakes State Park, Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge, and the Pecos River are minutes away. Carlsbad Caverns, White Sands National Park, and the mountain resort town of Ruidoso are all within two hours. The Roswell Museum and Art Center, the Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art, and a lively calendar of community events, including the annual Roswell Jazz Festival, round out a city that has far more texture and life than most people expect. This is a place where you can raise your family, know your neighbors, and do ministry that matters for a long time.Grace is a family. They are large enough to make a real impact and close enough to feel it personally. They are a people of grace and forgiveness, and they are ready to welcome the right person not just onto their staff, but into their life.
Grace Español is young. It is still becoming. And it needs someone who has been shaped by both worlds to help it find its voice, its depth, and its reach. If you grew up navigating two languages and two cultures and have spent your life wondering how God would use all of that, the answer might be Roswell. Come meet this family. Come see this city.
