Our 11,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility houses a 5,000 sq. ft. full-care hospital located on our upper level, a 5,000 sq. ft. Pet Resort located on our lower level, and an additional 1,000 sq. ft. on our top floor dedicated to continuing education for both staff and clients. Our practice requires all staff to hold themselves to the highest standard of care, and to expect the same from their employer. Job Description



We’re looking for a  Veterinary Practice Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee the daily operations of our hospital and help our team provide the best care possible to pets and their families.

As Practice Manager, you’ll lead our staff, manage office operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly — from scheduling and payroll to client service and inventory. You’ll also play a key role in staff development, client communication, and supporting our doctors in delivering gold-standard veterinary care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, train, and support staff to foster a positive and collaborative workplace.

  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

  • Ensure excellent client service and resolve concerns with professionalism.

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, OSHA, and DEA regulations.

  • Support the hospital’s growth through community outreach and vendor partnerships.

Additional Information



Salary range:  $55,000 - $70,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities
