This is a role for someone who genuinely loves people, understands what makes a great hire, and takes pride in building teams that perform. You'll work closely with firm leadership to attract, evaluate, and bring on the talent that keeps S&A at the top.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and evaluating candidates from first contact to offer
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, communication, and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand what each role truly needs and build smart strategies to find it
  • Craft and post compelling job descriptions across platforms that attract the right candidates
  • Keep applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases accurate and up to date
  • Lead smooth, thoughtful onboarding experiences that make new hires feel welcome from day one
  • Represent the firm at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities — including occasional evenings and weekends

Requirements

What Makes You the One

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
  • You're a natural connector — people open up to you and trust you quickly
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in ATS software, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • You care about the candidate experience as much as the hire itself

Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $65,000-85,000 per year BOE
  • Workplace: On-site
  • Firm pays 100% of premiums for dental and vision
  • Firm pays 100% of all Silver-level medical plans
  • Firm contributes  approximately 10% toward retirement (3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing)
  • $500 annual FSA contribution
  • Time for Life: Accrual of 80 hours of PTO (additional 40 hours on 3rd anniversary), 48 hours sick pay, plus your birthday off as a fully paid day.
