Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business needs.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and propose solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Perform testing and debugging for ServiceNow applications to ensure reliability and functionality.
Provide ongoing support and training for end-users and IT staff.
