• We design and deliver end-to-end data science solutions for complex warehouse challenges.
• We optimize labor planning, scheduling, wave batching, release decisions, flow, congestion, predictive maintenance, and exception detection.
• We develop models that directly shape operational decisions through optimization logic and recommendations.
• We partner with distribution center operators and subject matter experts to embed models into day-to-day workflows.
• We apply industrial engineering methods such as capacity planning, constraint analysis, workload balancing, throughput optimization, queueing, and flow modeling.
• We translate operational issues into mathematical models, simulations, and heuristics.
• We extend solutions across transportation, inventory, customer, and quality domains.
• We build and productionize machine learning models, optimization engines, simulation frameworks, and data pipelines.
• We own the full model lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• We convert analytics into operational actions and measurable business results.
