Salary: $67,694 - 120,074 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a proven Scrum Master or similar project management professional with experience in enterprise software development.
• We need strong working knowledge of Agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is required; familiarity with SQL and Oracle databases is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, TFS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams is expected.
• A solid grasp of SDLC practices, requirements elicitation, analysis, and user acceptance testing is essential.
• Strong leadership, organizational ability, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities are important.
• Excellent communication skills are needed for stakeholder engagement and team facilitation.
• Professional certifications such as CSM, SAFe Program Consultant, or PMP are highly desirable.

• We facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review sessions to reinforce Agile ways of working.
• We remove blockers and protect the team from outside interruptions.
• We work with Product Owners to maintain backlogs and prioritize work effectively.
• We partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into actionable user stories.
• We monitor project status using tools such as Jira, TFS, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
• We ensure compliance with SDLC standards and PMBOK guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• We lead release management activities and oversee deployments in cloud environments such as AWS.
• We encourage continuous improvement through test-driven development, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance practices.
• We support disaster recovery planning and help maintain alignment with organizational standards.
• We build a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance within the team.
• We provide leadership on program management initiatives and coordinate multiple projects at once.
