Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Arlington, TN
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60-76.66/hr

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to implement the EU MDR requirements for the Arlington manufacturing site.
• Develop and execute the project management plan, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval.
• Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure and develop/manage the detailed project schedule.
• Analyze critical path and major workstreams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop a risk management plan, identify, analyze, and monitor project risks, and develop response strategies.
• Estimate, acquire, and assign project team resources, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in project management, preferably within manufacturing or regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of EU MDR requirements and project planning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules and risk management plans.
• Minimum experience: 0 years.
