SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. – San Diego, CA

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays
Location: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

Responsibilities

• Residential cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed surfaces
• Following SD Sparkle's cleaning standards and checklists
• Working independently or as part of a small team

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual (this is very important to us)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to perform physically demanding cleaning work for several hours
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required —we're happy to train the right person.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
