Job Description

Salary: $149,600 - 199,500 per year Requirements:

• We need a degree or equivalent, plus typically 13+ years of experience, or 8+ years of directly relevant work experience; fewer years may be considered with a Masters or Doctorate.
• We need deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and information architecture.
• We need experience working in regulated environments with strong governance expectations.
• We need a proven track record of defining and guiding enterprise-wide architecture strategy.
• We need experience leading architectural governance and shaping large-scale transformation.
• We need the ability to build decision frameworks that incorporate data, architecture standards, non-functional requirements, risk, and policy into intake outcomes.
• We need experience partnering with Security, Data, Platform, and Delivery leaders to ensure intake decisions align with enterprise priorities.
• We need the ability to define the data architecture that supports intelligent intake, including data capture, enrichment, and context for AI-driven triage and routing.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada now or in the future without our sponsorship.

• We define and maintain the enterprise data architecture vision so it aligns with business strategy and regulatory obligations.
• We establish enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and reference models.
• We own and evolve the long-range direction of our data architecture to support scalability and interoperability.
• We define and steward the enterprise semantic layer, including cross-domain data models and standardized calculations, to enable consistent reporting and analytics.
• We set guardrails and decision frameworks that shape data architecture across domains.
• We evaluate architectural risks and manage enterprise-level exceptions.
• We guide enterprise investment decisions based on architectural fit and long-term sustainability.
• We advise senior leaders on data architecture strategy and key tradeoffs.
• We communicate our enterprise architecture direction to executive and technical audiences.
• We advance architecture maturity and consistency across the organization.
• We influence the direction of our enterprise data platforms and tooling.
• We mentor architects across the organization to strengthen architectural consistency and business impact.
