Job Description
Randstad is seeking a Practice Manager for a well-established speciality small private practice in North Bethesda, Maryland. This is a hands-on leadership role within a small private practice environment, responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and partnering directly with ownership to ensure a high-functioning, patient-focused office. Ideal background:
- 3+ years of medical office management experience, ideally in a small or single-site practice
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, hands-on environment
- Organizational and process orientation
- Experience with credentialing and working alongside billing functions
- Financial awareness (reporting, budgeting exposure preferred)
salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
Key focus areas: - Day-to-day office operations and workflow management
- Staff oversight, scheduling, and team support
- Coordination with outsourced billing and basic financial visibility
- Credentialing, compliance, and administrative oversight
- Driving organization, efficiency, and overall patient experience
Responsibilities to include:
- Liaison with external medical billing company
- A/R monitoring, denial trends, collections performance
- Payroll oversight & compensation systems
- Patient account workflows & financial policies
- Provider credentialing, re-credentialing & payer enrollment
- Front office supervision & administrative leadership
- KPI tracking & financial reporting
- Operational improvements & expense management
- Healthcare regulatory compliance
