LaSalle Network is hiring a Power BI Developer to step into a highly visible analytics role supporting a dynamic security organization. This Power BI Developer will partner directly with leadership to transform raw, unstructured data into clean, compelling dashboards that drive smarter decisions.

This is not a back-end role. We’re looking for a polished, front-facing Power BI Developer who can translate complex data into meaningful business insights for stakeholders across the CISO organization.

What’s the job?

• Redesign and enhance existing Power BI Developer dashboards for clarity and usability
• Partner with business stakeholders to define key security metrics
• Translate large datasets into actionable visual insights
• Audit current reporting and identify gaps in data storytelling
• Support leadership with tailored, audience-specific reporting
• Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams

What’s needed?

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst
• Advanced Power BI dashboarding and visualization skills
• Strong Excel expertise
• Proven ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders
• Nice to have: Security or compliance data experience, ServiceNow
