**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform masking, taping, and plugging operations to protect parts during the coating process.
- Load and unload parts onto racks and conveyor lines, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in different departments to provide support where needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a powder coating or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
