Pilates Instructor (Reformer) — Small Group & 1:1 SessionsWe’re looking for a confident, member-focused Pilates Instructor to deliver premium reformer classes and 1:1 sessions. You’ll coach with precision, create an exceptional studio experience, and help members stay consistent—driving results, retention, and program growth. About the RoleAs a Pilates Instructor, you’ll deliver a premium reformer class and 1:1 Pilates experience that drives measurable results, strengthens retention, and supports revenue growth. You’ll execute a structured programming system with precision and consistency—this role focuses on delivering the program at a high level (not designing it).
