Robert Half's client in Hayward, CA is looking for a temporary Office Coordinator to support daily office operations, shipping and receiving, and safety initiatives at our California location. • Previous experience in office coordination, administrative support, reception, or a similar business support role.
• Proficiency with core administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, phone support, and calendar coordination.
• Ability to arrange travel, manage office supply ordering, and keep shared workspaces and materials organized.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, visitors, and leaders across different departments.
• Comfortable handling shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and basic record maintenance with close attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities, and provide dependable support in a fast-paced environment.
