Job Description

Do you have a pristine driving record and enjoy being on the Go? Toyota of Naperville is seeking someone who not only takes pride of their work but cares for the guest experience! The Mobile Valet is responsible for providing convenient transportation solutions for service customers through vehicle pick-up, delivery, loaner vehicle management, and dealership support. This position helps ensure a smooth and efficient service experience while representing the dealership with professionalism and care. This full time position works Monday-Friday from 7:45AM-5:15PM.   • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Transport loaner vehicles to and from customer locations.
  • Verify vehicle information and document vehicle condition before and after transport.
  • Maintain timely communication with customers and dealership staff.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining loaner vehicle inventory.
  • Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation ready.
  • Follow all dealership policies regarding vehicle handling and transportation.
  • Assist the service department with customer support and operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate transportation logs and records.
  • Promote a positive dealership image through professional customer interactions.
You Have:
  • Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
  • Safe driving habits and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS and mobile applications.
  • Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to drive for extended periods.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and entering/exiting vehicles.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
