Sai Systems — a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare technology company with more than 30 years of success — is expanding its Implementation and Client Onboarding team.

This is not a “keep the trains moving” role.
This is an opportunity to help build, improve, and scale client onboarding during a major growth phase.

We are seeking an Onboarding / Implementation Manager with healthcare SaaS experience who understands how to guide clients from kickoff through successful go-live.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms in healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of EHR / EMR workflows and client onboarding.
• Ability to manage timelines, customer expectations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with billing, RCM, claims, clinical, or operational healthcare systems is highly valued.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Partner with healthcare clients to ensure smooth adoption and training.
• Coordinate internally with support, product, and technical teams.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and issue resolution.
• Help improve implementation processes as Sai Systems continues its rapid expansion.
