General Production Worker

1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic components and products using hand and power tools
• Follow computer-based work instructions and production orders accurately
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects during production
• Package and label finished products for shipment or next-stage processing
• Maintain production records and update progress using computer systems
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements

• At least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience
• Experience using hand tools in a production environment
• Basic computer skills for viewing and updating work orders
• Ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts

Preferred Experience

• Electronics or small-parts assembly experience
• Machine operation experience
• Packaging and quality inspection experience
• Experience in fast-paced production environments

This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
