Job Description
This role supports the full production process in the polyurethane ("Poly") department, transforming liquid polymer into finished foam earplugs. You operate and support various stations along a manufacturing line, including equipment operation, insert preparation, kitting, inspection, and packaging, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing line environment within the polyurethane department. The facility operates three Monday–Friday shifts: 1st shift from 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., 2nd shift from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m., and 3rd shift from 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., with the workweek for 3rd shift ending on Saturday morning. Mandatory overtime is a regular part of the schedule, with production running on most Saturdays and a particularly heavy overtime period over the next several months. The work area is cool, typically around 65 degrees, and is set up as a conveyor-based production line with both seated and standing positions, though you should be prepared to stand for the full shift aside from breaks. Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection are required at all times on the floor, and employees are expected to maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and quality procedur

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
