Basic Information:

Job Title: AP Literature Teacher
Mother Tongue: Native Speaker of English only
Job Location: Qingdao, Shandong Province
Students: Grade 7-12
Starting Date: Aug, 2026

Benefits:

18,000-23,000 RMB/Month after tax depending on experience and qualification,
maximum 22 teaching periods per week;
Housing allowance 2000 RMB/Month;
Work visa;
10,000 RMB Airfare upon the completion of contract;
Entitled to school winter and summer holidays.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in Literature or other related fields.
At least two-year full-time English teaching experience in high school setting.
Familiar with international education, and ideally have experience of teaching history to international especially Chinese students at secondary education level. Better with a record of achievement in teaching.
Able to contribute to integrated teaching across the curriculum.
Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, work under pressure and, when necessary, with
minimal resources.
Willing to contribute to the development of academic program and develop together with
school.
Holder of TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or any other internationally recognized teaching certificate.
Positive attitude, honest, proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, patient, flexible, detail-
focused, problem-solving-focused, skilled at classroom management/student assessment and use of ICT, aware of cross-culture, eager to collaborate with colleagues
