Salary: $90,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience, emphasizing Node.js, PostgreSQL, and React.
• Demonstrated leadership skills—mentoring developers and leading teams on significant projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools or APIs such as OpenAI, Claude Code, or Cursor is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of workflow automation platforms like n8n or Zapier.
• Strong comprehension of software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and scalable development methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code with excellent communication skills. Experience in asynchronous environments is preferred.
• Active GitHub profile or public code samples is required.

• Design and scale complete end-to-end systems utilizing React + Tailwind for frontend and Node.js + PostgreSQL for backend.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 5 developers to set technical direction, perform code reviews, and establish best practices.
• Convert product and business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Manage software development lifecycle tasks including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Incorporate advanced AI workflows and automated processes.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness by making critical infrastructure decisions in AWS.
• Address complex challenges through debugging, performance optimization, and innovative solutions.
• Develop and enhance engineering standards including tests, documentation, conventions, CI/CD, and automation.
