We are seeking an Estate Hospitality Manager to lead and inspire the Lewis Cellars tasting room team, drive operational excellence, and deliver world-class hospitality experiences that create lasting connections with our guests. Reporting to the Senior Estate Manager, this role oversees daily tasting room operations and supports the continued growth of a luxury Napa Valley guest experience.

This position is based on-site at the Lewis Cellars Estate, 6320 Silverado Trail, Napa, CA 94558. The schedule is Thursday through Monday. This full-time role requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Lead, train, coach, and inspire a team of wine educators and hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional luxury service.
•  Maintain a strong hands-on floor presence and uphold tasting room service standards, company policies, SOPs, and performance expectations.
•  Support team development, retention, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
•  Partner with Marketing, Wine Club, Events, and Merchandise teams to execute private tastings, curated events, release experiences, and sales initiatives.
•  Deliver personalized, world-class guest experiences that reflect the craftsmanship, sophistication, and artistry of the Lewis Cellars brand.
•  Maintain impeccable tasting room presentation standards and ensure the environment aligns with the elegance of the estate.
•  Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, reservations, quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and operational execution.
•  Build strong relationships with high-value guests, members, collectors, and brand advocates.
•  Share daily and weekly performance updates with the Senior Estate Manager, including wine and merchandise sales, membership growth, and staff training.
•  Use guest insights and data capture to help drive sales performance, club conversion, retention, and profitability.
•  Represent the estate at select industry and trade events as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications:
•  3–5 years of hospitality operations management experience with a proven track record of leading a sales-driven team.
•  Wine industry experience is required.
•  MICHELIN and Forbes experience is a plus.
•  Strong leadership, coaching, team development, recruiting, and hiring skills.
•  Proven ability to mentor teams and drive club conversion through storytelling, coaching, and guest engagement.
•  Strong sales background with the ability to promote and sell luxury products.
•  Passion for wine, hospitality, and delivering elevated guest experiences.
•  Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests and team members at all levels.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•  Ability to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and drive business results.
•  Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
•  Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a focus on operational excellence.
•  Valid Alcohol and Food Handlers cards, such as ServSafe or TIPS, or ability to obtain upon employment.
•  Introductory wine certification, such as WSET or CMS, is a plus.
•  Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $90,000–$95,000 base salary and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will depend on skills and experience.
