Tiki Tiki is a fresh, coastal, and casual concept serving up everything from fresh shucked oysters, fish tacos, and whole yellowtail snapper to handcrafted cocktails! Located directly on the Hollywood intracoastal our guests experience incredible cuisine paired with a stellar view unlike anywhere else. Tiki Tiki is part of We Care Hospitality, a family operated, South Florida based restaurant group that values care, honesty & trust, and teamwork above all else!

We are looking for reliable and motivated Dishwashers to join our team of hospitality professionals!

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations by sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Help with bussing tables during service hours to ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline operations during busy periods and ensure smooth service flow.

Skills:

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic cooking or food preparation skills are a plus, especially in catering or banquet settings.
• Excellent attention to detail to maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
