Job Title: Cybersecurity Manager (IT/OT Security)- 14+ yrs Exp

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, including 3 5 years in a management or leadership role overseeing cybersecurity initiatives and teams.
• Hands-on experience securing Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, with expertise in addressing IT/OT convergence challenges and implementing security solutions within Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO).
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity strategies, policies, standards, and procedures for IT and OT environments supporting TSMO operations.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies and industry-standard frameworks, including NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Experience leading or supporting incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics activities to identify, investigate, and mitigate cybersecurity threats.
• Experience utilizing vulnerability management tools and implementing processes for vulnerability identification, assessment, remediation, and continuous monitoring.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex cybersecurity concepts through clear written documentation and verbal presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must possess at least one of the following industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)
  • Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
