We are currently hiring an  Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our local outreach team.

This role is the perfect starting point for candidates looking to build professional skills in customer service, community outreach, and nonprofit advocacy . We believe in developing talent from the ground up, which is why we provide full paid training and continuous mentorship—no prior experience is required!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of impactful nonprofit organizations. You’ll engage directly with the Atlanta community to raise awareness and drive support for vital charitable missions.

• Face-to-Face Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through community-based outreach and residential engagement.
• Mission Advocacy: Effectively communicate the goals and real-world impact of our nonprofit partners.
• Public Interaction: Engage with community members, answer questions, and provide accurate information about current initiatives.
• Support & Fundraising: Encourage voluntary donations to help hit campaign goals and expand nonprofit programs.
• Reporting & Development: Track daily interactions, attend team workshops, and participate in professional development sessions.
