Construction Laborer / Exterior Panel Installer

Commercial Construction | Immediate Start

We’re hiring construction laborers who can start next week on a 45‑day project in Cheyenne, WY, with the next project in Fort Collins, CO. Opportunity to stay on long‑term.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday (occasional Fridays)
• 1st Shift
• 40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

• Install and handle exterior metal & architectural wall panels
• Measure materials (must read a tape measure)
• Work at heights using lifts and scaffolding
• Load/unload materials and assist with cleanup
• Follow all site safety and OSHA rules

Requirements (Must Have)

• 1+ year commercial construction experience
• Comfortable working at heights (required)
• Able to work 100% outdoors
• Physically able to lift and handle materials

⚠️ If you’re afraid of heights, this role is not a good fit.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Metal or ACM panel installation
• Lift experience (scissor / boom)
• OSHA 10 or 30

Tools

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
