Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects in Mechanicsville, VA, and surrounding Central Virginia areas
Oversee site safety, scheduling, quality control, and jobsite organization
Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion
Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain timelines, budgets, and milestones
Communicate with subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers, and vendors
Supervise crews and ensure trades are aligned and productive
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance on all job sites
Drive punch list completion and project closeout

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar role
Experience in ground-up construction preferred but not required
Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple trades
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project execution
Knowledge of jobsite safety standards and compliance practices
Procore experience is a plus
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
First Aid certification is a plus
Reliable transportation required
Ability to travel to job sites within a 60-mile radius of Richmond, VA
