Job Description
The Chief Strategy and Market Intelligence Officer (CSMIO) will serve as a pivotal member of the Portfolio Risk Solution (PRS) Leadership Team. CSMIO will shape the strategic vision drive business growth deliver actionable market insights and foster deep product knowledge with client companies to position the organization as a leader in the specialty reinsurance industry. Reporting directly to the President of Portfolio Risk Solutions the CSMIO will lead various functions - strategy formulation and execution business unit process optimization market insights on competition clients and ecosystem and client engagement and education. This role integrates multi-disciplinary functions fosters innovation and positions the organization as a leader in the specialty reinsurance markets. By fostering effective communication and coordination the role collaborates with internal teams other HSB divisions Munich Re/GSI divisions clients and partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth innovation and differentiation in the market.
