Bright Hope Centers is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to serving women and families in the Lehigh Valley facing unplanned or challenging pregnancies. We provide prenatal support and life skills education with compassion, care, and practical assistance. We are firmly pro-life. Our goal is to provide information and resources to women so they can deliver healthy babies and become loving moms. Bright Hope provides a safe, welcoming environment where individuals can receive medical care, emotional support, and sufficient resources to build successful families.
Bright Hope is organized in four subunits: pregnancy medical center, pregnancy resource center, community education program, and maternity home. Bright Hope also has a supporting subunit, Divine Resale.
Bright Hope is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide leadership and oversee day-to-day operations while guiding long-term strategic direction and growth. The CEO should be a Christian who is committed to the pro-life cause and seeks to live according to biblical principles outlined in Colossians 3:12–17 and Matthew 22:37–40.
The CEO is responsible for advancing and executing Bright Hope’s mission, bringing strong strategic leadership and forward-thinking vision to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the organization.
The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for executive performance and staff oversight.
The CEO is also responsible for ensuring and maintaining the financial health, operational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability of the organization. The organization operates with a yearly budget of approximately $1.5–$2 million.
This position is based primarily at Bright Hope’s offices in Allentown, PA. While the role is mostly office based, the CEO must have the ability to travel to other locations as needed to support organizational operations, partnerships, and events.The standard schedule is Monday through Friday; however, the role requires flexibility to attend evening and weekend events, fundraising activities, and community engagements as needed.
As the senior leader of the organization, the CEO serves as the primary point of contact for urgent matters and organizational emergencies and must be available to respond as necessary outside standard business hours.Salary will be commensurate with experience.
