We are seeking an outstanding Arizona Certified Caregiver to join our Memory Care Team at our community- La Sonora at Dove Mountain. Role Overview Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. • $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Document care provided and any changes from baseline for each resident

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• Previous experience in Memory Care a Plus!
• A love for seniors!!
