What you'll own:
Building and closing a pipeline of new logo clients
Developing relationships with senior decision-makers
Hitting and exceeding revenue targets - consistently
Partnering with delivery teams to win the right way
What we're looking for:
3+ years of Business Development experience in IT consulting services (non-negotiable)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communicator, sharp negotiator, self-starter
CRM-savvy with disciplined pipeline management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
