• K ee p th e G en e ral Mana g er ad v i s e d of tim e -sensiti v e and p riority i s s ues, ensuring appropriate follo w -up.
• Support ad h oc projects as th e y a ri s e ; c oor d inate with v ario u s d epartm e nts t o en s ure p r oje c t objectives a re m e t.
• Co llaborate acro s s d e partme n t s , inter f acing with i n ternal a n d ext e rnal act o rs, to su pp o rt t h e comp l etion o f pr o je c t s , offer a ss i s tance a n d work acro s s s everal departm e nts t o o ptim i ze efficienc i e s .
• P lan n ing and execution o f events an d traini n g.
• Support s a les a ssistants a nd s c hedu l ers a s needed.
• Ma intains related d e partm e n tal records a nd fil e s .
• Co m p letes a nd s u b m its requ e sts for s u ppli e s a nd equipm en t .
• Schedu les, sets up and confirms v arious appointm e nts a n d meeti ng s, makes reservatio ns , arranges a n d co o rdinat e s catering, equipm e nt inst a llation reque s ts an d n e c e s s ary materials, a nd may t ake m ee ti n g note s .
• Answer inbo u nd calls an d m a ke out b ou n d calls as n e e d e d .
• Other duties as assigned.

PREFE R RED QU A LI F I C A T I O NS:
• Bach e lor's d egree in Sales a nd Marketing or Business o r eq u iva l ent experi e nc e . T w o to t hree years m e dia/adverti s ing /Marketing s ales or rel e va n t ex p erience.
• One to t hree years o f management experien c e.
